Sophie Hillsdon began her formal studies in 1994 at the Canberra School of Art and the College of Fine Arts, later completing studies in design at CATC Design College. With a background in fine art, photo media, and silversmithing, she now works as the designer and maker behind SOPHIE ANNA, an independent jewellery label.
She has exhibited at galleries including First Draft Gallery, and her work has been showcased at leading Australian design markets and curated exhibitions. Her practice reflects a refined, minimal aesthetic with a focus on craftsmanship and wearability.
Sophie has participated in group shows and public design events, and has spoken about her practice in community and market settings.
