When you're looking for slow fashion and Australia-made, you'll undoubtedly discover High Tea with Mrs Woo. Established in 2004, this creative business is built on slow and steady living principles. It is the collaboration of sisters Rowena, Juliana and Angela Foong championing sustainable ways to craft and wear clothing. Beautiful natural fibre materials are used to produce enduring designs that are constructed and supported to enjoy long, useful lives.
High Tea with Mrs Woo are known for their circular design practice on a mission to create truly sustainable clothing that doesn't end up in landfill. They manufacture garments in-house by small batch and made-to-order, facilitate a Lifecycle Marketplace to buy and sell pre-loved Mrs Woo garments, teach Kintsugi for clothing mending to extend the life of clothes by repairing with gold threads, research and develop zero-waste 3D knitted garment designs using yarn made with post-production textile waste.
