A self taught, born and bred Canberran artist, Mick Ashley’s reputation has spread across Australia and around the world. Ashley's work has been featured on the ABC Canberra, 106.3FM, Canberra Times, Sydney Morning Herald, Channel Nine, CNN and Sony Sports India.

His design of the of the 2020 bushfires and then the 'Road Ahead' featuring a firefighter handing the baton of hope to a nurse, captured the hearts and minds of people across the globe and was later used on the NRL premiership ring.

Ashley’s own unique style of art called ‘Digital Lino’ mixes old with new. Mick uses a lithographic approach using a hand held digital pen, producing art that resembles a lino cut print. Most works are limited reproductions prints and tote bags are also among his product range. This is the most unique medium among his other disciplines such as Watercolours, guache, pen, pencil and acrylic paintings. Commissions are also available.

Now in his fifteenth year, Mick continues to develop his style which is widely celebrated in the Canberra region, interstate and internationally.
